Our dough is slow proved and wood fired, the sauce follows a traditional recipe using just Italian tomatoes, olive oil, oregano from Sicily and salt.We add creamy Italian fior di latte mozzarella and the freshest local basil we can find.
FUNGI POWER
White pizza. Mozzarella topped with homemade roasted mushrooms. Fresh parsley and black truffle infused oil, long lingering earthy aroma.
DIAVOLA
Air dried Italian pepperoni, Nduja-a sweet and spicy sausage handmade in Calabria. The flavour is sweet at first, then explode with the full force of our fresh chili peppers. Wake up the devil in you.
VERDE MEZZE
In house, fresh roasted vegetables medley mixed with chargrilled artichokes and black olives.
ITALAMORE
Smoked naturally with beech wood pancetta, truffle bechamel style sauce, sauté mushrooms and fresh local cherry tomatoes.
JUST LIKE MAMMAS
Tender, homemade meatballs, using a family recipe. A blend of lean British beef, local pork, herbs, spices and seasoning condiments, cooked juicy on a Italian tomatoes sauce. Mammas recipe.

Represents the four seasons and the ingredients that are known in Italy for those seasons. A beautiful way to pay homage to a food passionate culture dedicated to the freshness and simplicity of Italian cooking as a result in a most incredible textural and flavourful experience!
OUR PIZZA IS NOT FAST FOOD
We believe in a light and fluffy cloud of dough to host our ingredients; to achieve this result we use quality flours without additives, purified water and the most important piece of the fermentation process: time. Our dough is the result of an ongoing research, a never-ending journey that begins with grains. We Love Pizza blend is obtained by mixing flours by Molino Caputo with UK flours. Our ingredients are mostly seasonal and we try to embrace a bridge between southern Italy and our home here, Leamington Spa. We believe in local producers as well as we love the rarity of certain products you can only find on volcanic soil, like our tomatoes.

Our Meats are a combination of imported and locally sourced. Always cooked FRESH. NEVER frozen. Only the best makes to your table

"This place genuinely does great pizzas. Ive had 3 of their pizzas. Each tasted unique and with properly tasty ingredients. The sourdough wood fired base are fantastic. the tiramisu and dessert pizza are great too. Definitely deserves its high ratings. Probably a cut above the other pizza places."
