We make our dough fresh every morning, chop garden-fresh veggies by hand, and mix up our own marinara sauce with fresh packed tomatoes. Not only that, but we give you amazing toppings! We want you to try all our amazing ingredients so you can discover your new favorite pizza.
A LITTLE ABOUT WHO WE ARE
In our restaurant true Neapolitan pizza combines with the vision of the new generation. We Love Pizza is a mix of passion, love and bakery science. Inspired by the scientific elements we tell old family stories; centuries old Neapolitan cuisine is brought back to modern times by mixing authentic recipes with new techniques and top-notch ingredients using a new language.
DOUGH
We use daily the best flours, no additives, purified water and time. We believe in a light and fluffy cloud of dough to host our ingredients. This makes your pizza more digestible, healthy and rather sexy to look at.
SAUCE
Crushed Italian tomatoes from southern Italy for unrivalled sweetness. Certain products can only grow to this quality in volcanic soils of Mountain Vesuvius. We then add our own blend of herbs to season so you enjoy the unique juicy flavour of this fruit.
TOPPINGS
Our Ingredients are mostly seasonal and a bridge between southern Italy and local sourced with sustainability and freshest at heart. You are our family and to our family we only serve the best we can find, prepared with care and respect.
CHEESE
Fior di latte Mozzarella. Sourced just outside of Naples, this legendary cow’s milk cheese translates as “flower of milk”. Or you can choose Buffalo milk mozzarella, we get it fresh on its own milk for extra light acidity. Both deliver to you, pizza perfection!
